Service Agreement & Billing Policies have been updated


Dear customer, 

 

We are writing to inform you of important updates to the ThreePBX Services Agreement, which pertains to one or more products or services you currently utilize. These updates are being made to clarify our terms, ensure continued transparency, and address the introduction of new ThreePBX products, services, and features. 

  

Effective October 1, 2024, we will be implementing changes to our payment policies. All charges and fees will be due on the 1st of each month, with billing cycles running from the 1st to the 30th of the month (net 30). To facilitate this transition, customers billed in September 2024 have had their charges prorated to align with the new billing structure. 

  

The ThreePBX Terms of Service Agreement is a binding contract between you and ThreePBX (or one of its affiliates) that governs your use of our online consumer products and services.
