A2P/10DLC has been a big topic of conversation and we wanted to ensure everyone understands the changes that evolved. In the recent months there have been many compliance changes from the Direct Connect Aggregator (DCA) and the carrier who regulate messaging campaign registration. 

A new section now located on the A2P/10DLC regstration form is documenting your "Onilne Presence". To register your Online Presence you have (2) option. You can either use you website or you social media account as a reference. 

If you are registering the WEBSITE to reference your "Online Presene" You must have the follow: 

1. A Privacy Policy Page | CLICK HERE TO VIEW A SAMPLE 
2. A "Disclaimer" attached to your Contact Form on the website. This is normally found on the "Contact Us" page of your website | CLICK HERE TO VIEW A SAMPLE 

If you are registering your social media account to reference your "Online Presene" You must have the following: 

1. Register your privacy policy on social media. 

To register your privacy policy on social media you should create a post with both the full SMS disclosure and a Privacy Policy link or actual text of a short Privacy Policy. You can make that social media post “sticky” so that it always appears at the top of the social media presence for this business. Another option is to link it in the “About” section (applies to Facebook). Privacy Policies can be in a linked Google documents or written out in the social media post.
