Our Mission

Support Availability

Three PBX Support is available 24 x 7 x 365.  

Standard support is available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday (holidays excluded) for all issues. 

After hours and emergency, support is available by calling 1877-771-RING (7464) and pressing '2' to speak to our Level 1 technical support. Emergency support fees may apply depending on the nature of the problem.

Please refer to our SLA and your (TOS) Terms of Service Agreement for further details about support hours, after hours and support fees.

Support Ticket Details - 'What we need to know to help you'

Explain your request clearly or in enough detail so we may reproduce the problem. If the issue is call related, please attach a call trace.

Support Accessibility

You can open a ticket with THREE PBX in one of four ways:

  1. Send an Email directly to either Upon receipt, a ticket within the respective queue will be created, and you should receive an automated reply message.
  2. The THREE PBX is available by telephone Monday through Sunday around the clock, Eastern Time. Call us at 1877-771-RING (7464). If nobody is available or if you are calling after telephone support hours, please leave a message. We will open a ticket for you and reply by email with status updates. Service affecting issues are always handled expeditiously and will receive a return phone call.
  3. You can also reach THREE PBX from your Desk Phone or using your Mobile ReachUC application(s) by dialing 611.
